missingWrote a review on Nov 11helpful staffdoor frame issuethin walls
The staff were amazing and very helpful during my stay.
My experience was quite concerning. The door of my room didn't fit properly in the frame, which left me feeling insecure, as I could easily see outside through the crack. Additionally, the walls were very thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep with neighboring noises. The location also raised some issues. I had trouble finding the entrance since it was through a McDonald's parking lot, and I missed the turn initially.

The staff was genuinely friendly! delivering excellent customer service and making each guest feel appreciated.
Yet the breakfast situation was underwhelming. a voucher for a limited McDonald's menu felt like a missed opportunity.

The hotel offered a nice clean room with a comfortable bed, but the lack of large towels and some loud noises made it slightly uncomfortable. It was a bit confusing with the room access and the expensive charges for minor issues left me feeling uneasy.

i had a great experience at the red roof inn. the staff was friendly, and my superior king room was clean and cozy, making it a perfect spot after a long drive. this stay exceeded my previous experience in erie, and i truly appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the convenient location off the interstate.
the breakfast options were not satisfying.

If you're a foodie, you're in for a treat with joints like Doc Holliday's Country Bar and Grill and Tasty Bowl nearby—perfect for winding down after a day of adventures. Plus, the staff at Red Roof is as friendly as they come, ready to make your stay a breeze. My room, the Superior King Room Smoke Free, was clean and cozy, really hitting the spot after a long drive.
Now, let's not sugarcoat it, the lack of clear signage to find the Red Roof Inn from the main road is a bit of a head-scratcher. I nearly tangled with a tractor trailer trying to find the entrance in the dark!

missingWrote a review on Aug 20poor signage
The lingering smell of smoke in the smoke-free room was a bit off-putting, reminiscent of stale days gone by. Signage is desperately needed. finding the entrance in the dark felt like navigating through an asteroid field—easy to miss and a real hassle. I also would have appreciated conditioner in the shower—sometimes you just need a little extra care for those long travels.

The Superior King Room was clean and spacious, ideal for a family with children. The pet-friendly policy was a major plus, allowing us to bring our dog without any extra fees. Though the hallway smelled a bit smoky, the room itself was fresh with no lingering odors. The connected McDonald's offered convenient breakfast options, making mornings seamless and enjoyable. The available grass areas for pets were well-maintained, with plenty of waste bags provided, ensuring cleanliness throughout our stay.

I stayed here for one night and found the staff friendly right from check-in. The Superior King Room I booked was clean and cozy, creating a nice atmosphere after a long drive. I loved having a room with a private entrance, especially since I arrived late with a lot to unload. The bed felt amazing after a tiring day. The location suited me too, being close to I-90. However, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of clear signage made it tricky to find the entrance after dark, and I thought the breakfast options could have been better. Limited options didn’t meet expectations. All in all, I'd consider returning despite some minor issues.
